Alkhan Cleaning is the operating name of 1001683176 Ontario Corp. We run our own operations, our own supervisors and our own mobile crews — because clean spaces should have a single, accountable owner.
Who we are
Alkhan Cleaning is a facilities cleaning company based in downtown Toronto and serving clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The business is owned and operated by Khandaker Alam.
We are not a marketplace or referral platform. Alkhan Cleaning contracts directly with clients, centrally schedules and manages its own mobile cleaning teams, supervises quality on site, and invoices clients directly.
What we believe
- Documented scope. Every engagement is delivered against a written work order — no ambiguity about what is included.
- Supervised delivery. Teams are dispatched by our office and reviewed by supervisors, not left to figure things out on their own.
- Honest scope. If a service is outside what we're trained and equipped to do, we say so up front.
- Straight billing. Itemized invoices, clear terms and current payment by cash, Interac e-Transfer or bank wire. Remote credit-card payment is planned, subject to processor approval.
