Typical commercial invoice
Typical commercial invoices are approximately $800. Individual invoices generally do not exceed $2,000 unless separately quoted and approved in writing.

This website does not request, collect, transmit or store payment-card details. Please do not send full card numbers, CVVs or online-banking credentials through the quote form or by email.
Billing
How Payments Work Today
Our current billing flow is simple: quote, complete, invoice, pay. Current payment methods are cash, Interac e-Transfer and bank wire transfer.
1. Written quote
Service is quoted and approved in writing before any work begins.
2. Work completed
Our teams deliver the scope and the work is confirmed on site.
3. Itemized invoice
We issue an itemized invoice for the completed work.
4. Payment terms
Payment is generally due within 3–7 days of the invoice date.
5. Current methods
Current payment methods are cash, Interac e-Transfer and bank wire transfer.

Planned Credit-Card Payments
Credit-card acceptance is not currently active. Alkhan Cleaning intends to add remote credit-card payment in the near future, subject to approval by a payment processor. Because services are performed at customer locations and invoices are paid remotely after completion, the appropriate solution for our operating model is a virtual terminal used by authorized office staff — not a handheld or countertop terminal.
Once approved, card details will be entered only into the payment processor's secure virtual-terminal environment after customer authorization. Alkhan Cleaning will not request or store complete card details through this website, email or ordinary business records.
