Payment information

This website does not collect, transmit or store payment-card data. Please do not send full card numbers, CVVs, online-banking credentials or account passwords through the quote form, by email or by any other channel on this website.

Current payment methods are cash, Interac e-Transfer and bank wire transfer. Credit-card acceptance is not currently active; Alkhan Cleaning intends to add remote credit-card payment in the near future, subject to approval by a payment processor. Any future card processing would occur only inside the approved processor's hosted virtual-terminal environment, and card details would never be requested or stored through this website, email or ordinary business records.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the services described above, to contact you about your quote or account, and to keep records required for normal business operations. We only send marketing communications when you have opted in.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with our own team members and with trusted service providers (such as our email provider) strictly to deliver the services you have engaged us for, or as required by law.
